The latest initiative in the estate’s social outreach programme involved a job shadowing exercise with The Lester Vaughan School, during which Royal Westmoreland hosted six students to experience working in various departments.

This placement enabled the 4th and 5th year high school students to learn valuable skills that are required not only within a workplace environment but also for life in general.
