Located on our most exclusive plots and ranging in size from three to seven bedrooms, our luxury villas are finished to the highest specification and offer every comfort you would expect. Indeed, it is even possible to build your villa from scratch, giving you choice over the number of bedrooms, the size of the terraces and the garden landscaping.

Villas come in a variety of architectural styles, from the classic, colonial-style, 7-bedroom Rohan villas to the more modern Royal Lily villas which are designed to offer the seamless use of their generous indoor and outdoor spaces. The Hibiscus villas, meanwhile, bring a touch of Californian chic to their architecture while providing contemporary, single-floor living.

Townhouses

Contemporary in design and featuring private pools and terraces set within mature gardens, our four-bedroom Mahogany Heights townhouses provide generous two-storey accommodation. Designed to bring the outside in, floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open up the internal living areas to the south-facing terrace and its exceptional views of the Caribbean and the fairways of the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course.

Ideal for those who like to make the most of the resort, this tiny hamlet of sixteen townhouses is centrally located and close to amenities such as the Club House, Sanctuary Pool, Gym, Tennis Centre and Rum Shak. They are also ideally placed to catch the beach shuttle to the nearby Mullins Beach and the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club.

Royal Apartments

Our colonial design Royal Apartments offer a choice of accommodation to suit everyone, ranging in size from one to three bedrooms and from 830 sq. ft. to 2000 sq. ft.

Tastefully finished internally, each apartment features a spacious, covered terrace that boasts stunning vistas of the Caribbean or the lush, landscaped gardens of the resort. The Royal Apartments also have a large communal pool for members’ use.

Ownership options

While you can purchase a property outright, some properties are available for fractional ownership where you can purchase an annual number of weeks. Both forms of ownership provide you with Club Membership, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the first-class amenities Royal Westmoreland is renowned for. To make purchasing one of our property’s buyer-friendly, it is possible to part exchange another property.
