We’re excited to report that work has started on our beautiful new Caribbean cottages, which are available to buy under our popular fractional ownership scheme.

Named The Golf Cottages, because of their great views over the 12th green and out to sea, these detached 1,000 sq ft homes will each have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and share a stunning swimming pool.

Prices start from as little as £30,000 for two week periods in a specific cottage and the price includes full membership of our world-class golf course. The ownership is free-hold title, meaning it can be sold or passed on, and if you don’t visit one year, you’re free to let your weeks out.
