Construction progress
Following a record year for sales last year, development continues at a pace on the new parcels of land in the development areas on the estate.
On Sugar Cane Ridge we have two homes, unit 22 and 23, nearing completion and works approaching roof level on units 15 and 16.
On Jasmine Heights and Jasmine Ridge the first property will be completed just prior to Christmas, and there are a further four villas currently underway.
On the newly released land on Lancaster Estate, the first lot sale has been completed and the design is now underway for a 10,000 sq.ft. custom villa.
