Royal Villa previously owned by Michael Vaughan for Sale
The luxury three bedroom villa, previously owned by ex-England cricket captain Michael Vaughan is on the market for US$1,450,000. The spacious 2,520 square foot detached villa has a large family sized pool great views across the Caribbean…
An open plan kitchen, dining and living room lead directly onto a wide balcony on the upper floor, from which cooling breezes and stunning views over the communal infinity pool and the resort can be enjoyed. The three en suite bedrooms are located on the lower level. Other features include high vaulted pickled pine ceilings with ceiling fans, shell stone floors, coral stone finish on the interior walls, double car parking and golf buggy parking facilities.
Michael traded up from this villa four years ago and now owns a larger four bedroom villa in the Palm Grove area of the 750 acre Royal Westmoreland estate.
His current villa is rented out through the estate when Michael is not in residence, for £650 per night in low season and £1070 per night in high season.
Michael made his Test debut for England in 1999 before going on to captain his country 51 times. Known for his shrewd captaincy, the pinnacle of his career came in 2005 when he oversaw England’s 2-1 Ashes victory over Australia. He announced his retirement from first-class cricket on June 30 2009 before joining the BBC’s Test Match Special team.
