February continues to be a busy month for our members and guests.

 

New Beginners’ Golf Clinic

We have started a new clinic for beginners which will be held every Wednesday morning until the end of April from 10:30am until 11:30am. The clinic will be conducted by our Assistant Golf Professional Sean Edey. To register your interest, please sign up in the Golf Shop – cost is BDS $50.00 per clinic.

Ladies Nine & Wine

we have a number of ladies nine and wine events coming up on 20th February, 27th March, and 17th April between 2.30pm – 3.30pm and feature a 9-hole scramble to add a bit of fun to the ladies fixture list. This popular get-together is ideal for beginners to improve their technique, meet fellow members and guests and is followed by a well-deserved liquid reward in the Clubhouse.

Last but certainly not least is The Buchanan which will be taking place on the 27th and 28th February. Generally one of the most anticipated events on our Fixture List, it is held in memory of Sir Robin and Lady Naomi Buchanan, who were popular long-term residents at Royal Westmoreland.

This member-guest event features 45 holes of round-robin golf with a shoot-out down the 18th to decide the winner of the flights. It’s an amazing event that sells out every year.
